At VOOKIZ, customer satisfaction means everything to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch.
As most of our products are customized and carefully assembled, refunds are generally not applicable. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof, and our team will review your request and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or support.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
